Had them do my install last year and was fine. Now I just had them service my oil hot water heater and the service techs were great. Really took care of things. I would definitely call them again.

Okay, buckle up buttercups, because I need to sing the praises of Ben's ProServe like a choir of angels who just discovered indoor plumbing. Our old water heater decided to stage a dramatic, cold-water-only protest at the worst possible time (you know the drill – right before a house full of weekend guests arrived). Panic set in faster than a dropped ice cream cone on a hot sidewalk. I frantically called a few places, each quote sounding like they were trying to finance a small moon mission. It was fair, honest, and exactly what they quoted. In this day and age, that's rarer than a unicorn riding a unicycle. So, if your water heater is on its last legs (or, you know, actively trying to give you hypothermia), do yourself a solid and call Ben's ProServe. Stan’s the man. We called because our hot water stopped working. It was late (7 p.m. ish) and we are just out of their service area. But he still called back and helped us fix it over the phone. Took over an hour and he was great. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Great service 👍🏻
