Peirce-Phelps Tradeshow

We were proud to participate in the Peirce-Phelps Tradeshow, where we connected with fellow industry professionals, explored new technologies, and demonstrated our commitment to high-quality HVAC service. Events like these energize our team and reinforce our dedication to bringing exceptional innovations to the communities we serve.

Hole Sponsor – Elmer Fire Department Annual Golf Tournament

We were proud to be a hole sponsor for the Elmer Fire Department’s Annual Golf Tournament. Supporting our local first responders means a great deal to us, and we’re grateful to help fund the department’s operations. It’s a meaningful way to give back to those who keep our community safe each day.

Holiday Parade Float

Each year, our team joins in the holiday fun by participating in a local parade—most recently the Christmas Parade in Cape May Court House. We go all out with a themed float that brings smiles and plenty of holiday cheer. One of our favorite creations featured “Plumber Santa” with toilets transformed into festive reindeer. It’s a cheerful tradition we look forward to every season, and a fun way to celebrate the holidays with the community we’re proud to serve.

Committed to the Community

Our commitment to the community runs deep. We actively support local churches and faith-based programs, including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Surf, where our President and CEO, TJ Laury, serves as the local board president. Founder Ben Laury brings a strong sense of civic responsibility to everything we do, as the heart behind Ben's ProServ and as the Director of the Salem County Commissioners. Our Vice President, Sales Manager, Stan Orzechowski, expands our outreach further through his service as a youth baseball coach and sponsor, helping young athletes develop their skills and confidence.

Leadership at Ben's ProServ is rooted in service. Both Ben and Stan are proud Rotarians and Paul Harris Fellows, embodying the values of integrity and selfless service. Stan also serves as the President of the New Jersey Air Conditioning Contractors Association, helping to advance the industry in our state. 

Beyond titles, we continue to give back by sponsoring local Boy Scout troops and supporting many charitable golf outings throughout the year. Whether through leadership, mentorship, or financial support, we’re committed to making a lasting, positive impact in our region.
