    "Professional and Attentive to detail"
    Several times when we had emergency crisis with our plumbing we called and spoke with Ben. He was always very professional, attentive to detail and our problem was addressed ASAP. One night our basement had flooded and had at least 6 inches of water. He sent someone right over and set up a pump too pump out the water quickly. Then they hooked up a new sump pump to replace ours which had quit. This could have gotten a lot worse since it was during a time of a large snow fall on the ground. So glad that we called Ben and he knew exactly what we would need and got it to us quickly.
